The sOUTh AGM for 2013 took place last night and the following are the roles of committee members going forward.

Our AGM will take place this evening at 7am in the Edmund Rice Youth Centre. There will be some role changes within the existing committee and a full review of finances and activities throughout the year as well as a strategy for going forward. Full details will be posted here following the meeting.
We’ve set up a survey to get your feedback on the direction sOUTh will take in the future. We would love to hear your opinions so please take a moment to fill it in. We’d also appreciate if you could share it with other LGBT individuals in Waterford & the South East so we can reach as many people as possible.

An appointment for our new counselling service can be booked by contacting 0863174847. Trained individuals are available to meet you one on one to discuss any LGBT issues and offer support, guidance and help where needed. No issue is too small so don’t hesitate to contact us.

Don’t forget the Dungarvan meet up is tonight in Davitts for all those interested in attending.
sOUTh are holding a meet and greet for the LGBT community in Dungarvan on Wednesday February 29th in Davitts from 6pm – 9pm. This is a chance for the LGBT people of Dungarvan to air their views and would help us to assess the need for regular meetings and events etc as well as a chance to maybe join in on activities in Waterford City and Tramore.
There will be a meeting room booked for anyone concerned about privacy. Please spread the word.
